Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive the product to return it.
A product can only be returned if it is in the same condition as when you received it, not worn, unused, with tags not removed, and in its original packaging. You must also have the invoice or other document proving the purchase.

Each supplier has its own return policy and conditions.
Matterhorn
Complaints - when the buyer receives a defective product
All products sold by the Merchant have a manufacturer's warranty. The Buyer shall return the product at his own expense to Matterhorn's address: Grupa Modne Zakupy Sp. z o.o., ul. Słowiańska 6, 75-846 Koszalin, Poland. The Seller forwards the product to the Manufacturer. The time for considering complaints depends solely on the Manufacturer. More information on the warranty conditions of different brands can be found in the warranty certificates or on the Manufacturer's websites.
Pursuant to Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Poland, the Seller's warranty liability for defects in goods is excluded. This means that any further complaint procedure is a matter between the Manufacturer and the Buyer.
Complaints - what if we make a mistake?
Matterhorn is responsible for errors in sending the order. In this case, please return the product to the Matterhorn wholesaler. After receiving the product, we will resend the correct product to the specified address at Matterhorn's expense.
Complaints - if a package arrives at an incorrect address
The goods will be sent to the destination address you provided. We make every effort to verify the correctness of the addresses provided in advance and often ask you to double-check them if we have any doubts about their correctness. In the event that the destination address turns out to be incorrect and the package is returned to us, we are only responsible for this situation if there was an error on our part when providing the address details to the courier. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or if the customer did not pick it up, we will charge a €5 return fee. This amount must be paid by Matterhorn to the courier companies for the return of the package.
Trendsi

Orders Shipped to US Customers:
Trendsi will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Trendsi 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Trendsi will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Hertwill
- You must return the product within 14 days of the original order date (except for custom-made products, which may be subject to a longer return period).
- The product must be unused, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
- Personalized products, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
- From September 5, 2025, we will not accept returns for the following brands: Lorena Canals, Trixie Baby, Woopie, Let’s Go Green, Vega Toys, Little Tikes, Smoby and Feber. For some of these brands, returns will be possible again in 2026 (negotiations are ongoing).
Returns in the EU
Email us at webshop@dripandfit.com and we will send you a return label. When contacting us, please provide your order number and let us know which product you are returning.

If we find your return request valid, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to return the product. We will not accept returns of products that you have not requested in advance.

Damage and other issues with the product
Upon receipt, please inspect the shipment and contact us immediately if the product has arrived defective or damaged, or if you have not received the product you ordered, so that we can investigate the case and take the necessary steps.
Exceptions / Non-returnable products
Certain types of products cannot be returned. These include perishable products (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (such as custom-made or personalized products), and personal hygiene products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have a question or complaint about a specific product, please contact us.
We cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and, once it has been received, purchase the product you want again.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, for products shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel your order without giving any reason or to return the product you ordered. In this case, the above conditions also apply: the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not be worn, used, the labels must not be removed, and the product must be returned in its original packaging. You must also have the invoice or other document proving the purchase.
Refund
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected the returned product and let you know whether your refund request is justified. If so, the refund will be made within 10 working days using the payment method you used to pay for the purchase. Please note that it may take time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and transfer it back to your account. If this does not happen within 15 days of accepting your refund request, please let us know at this email address: webshop@dripandfit.com.
